Sweet Mustard & Rosemary Pork

This Sweet Mustard & Rosemary marinated pork is very simple to throw together without a lot of prep time and ready on your table in 20 minutes.

  • 4 Porkchops
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustards
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Amino
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Salt n Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
  1. In a glass bowl combine mustard, garlic, coconut amino and rosemary and rice malt syrup.
  2. Pork Chops
  3. Add in the pork chops and make sure you coat them until they are fully covered. Place into the fridge to marinate for a minimum of an hour at minimum or overnight.
  4. Once the pork is marinated, place in a roasting pan and put a preheated in the oven at 180°C and cook for 15-20 minutes or until pork is cooked.
  5. These to can also be cooked on a grill, bbq or air fryer :D
