Stuffed Spinach & Feta Chicken

This recipe one uses a few basic ingredients, made with spinach, mushroom and dairy-free feta, it reveals itself to be a juicy healthy dinner option.

  • Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 cup Spinach Leaves
  • 6 Mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Mayo
  • 3/4 cup Bio Feta Cheese (Dairy Free)
  • tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Cut a small pocket horizontally into the chicken breast and fill it with the stuffing mixture.
  3. Coat chicken in olive oil and place in the oven at 200°C and cook until chicken is brown and tender.
