This delicious Stuffed Spinach and Sausage Mushrooms is the perfect start to your day. I also found that cooking your mushrooms in the air fryer makes the recipe much quicker to create and best of all it all stores when in the fridge for a few days.
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C
- Place your mushrooms caps onto a tray with baking paper and coat in Olive Oil and roast for 15 minutes or until caps are filled with liquid. Turn them upside down and return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
- In a frying pan saute the sausage meat, garlic, ginger, pinch and leak and cooked until brown.
- Combine the sausage mixture along with your mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with Bio Cheese and place back in the oven for a further 5 -7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
