I was my mission to try and create a marinate that was succulent and full of flavour even if you can only marinate quickly cause let’s face it, we all don’t have the time to marinate overnight.
So here it is, Enjoy Ladies!
- Combine all your ingredients into a small bowl.
- Rub the marinade over the lamb and allow it to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Place your lambchops on a square rack and place them on a baking tray coated in backing paper and cook for 20 minutes.
