An all time classic favorite of mine from a child is deviled sausages and if you haven’t yet tried it then you’re in for a treat! For those of you who have i imagine it included the store brought packet mixes and but secretly i think this one is so much better.

Instructions
- In a frying pan cook up your sausages on medium heat. Once cook slice them in half and place to one side.
- Place butter in a pan along with onion, garlic, ginger and apple. Feel free to leave the skin on as it keeps the apples whole and also adds extra nutrients.
- In a small bowl combine the following beef stock and cornflour and pour it into the frying pan along with the can of tomatoes.
- Add your paprika, thyme, coconut amino, mustard and remember if you want some extra spice to add cayenne pepper.
- Once combined add your sausages back into the pan and let it simmer until sauce thickens.
