Cinnamon Fried Apples and Coconut Yoghurt

  • In a frying pan on a medium melt your butter. Sprinkle your cinnamon into the pan and stir until combined then add your diced apples.
  • Continue to stir and cook for about 12-14 minutes or until apples are soft.
  • In a small bowl dollop your coconut yoghurt and sprinkle with chocolate and serve your apples on top.


Feel free to add any type of nuts. I like to use cashews or pecans.
