- In a frying pan on a medium melt your butter. Sprinkle your cinnamon into the pan and stir until combined then add your diced apples.
- Continue to stir and cook for about 12-14 minutes or until apples are soft.
- In a small bowl dollop your coconut yoghurt and sprinkle with chocolate and serve your apples on top.
Notes
Feel free to add any type of nuts. I like to use cashews or pecans.
