  • Saute 4 cups of grated cauliflower in a pan to reduce the liquid.
  • Once the cauliflower starts to brown remove it from the heat and place in a bowl. Add the cheese, egg and Italian Herbs. Don't add coconut flour yet.
  • Depending on the moister levels slowly add the coconut flour till you feel it combine. Then spread it on baking paper and place into an oven at 180 degrees.
  • Turn over once when brown, by placing another sheet of parchment and cook till the remaining side is brown.
  • Add your toppings.
