These meatballs require very little fiddling and are absolutely foolproof. With this recipe, you can alter it to be any flavour your like. Just replace the cheese and bacon Deliciou seasoning and use any seasoning of choice. I also use a dollop of Keep It Cleaner pasta sauce as a dipping sauce and are a much healthier alternative snack.
- Preheat the over to 200°C and line a pan with baking paper and lightly spray a square grate tray with olive oil spray.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients and shape the mixture into small meatballs using an ice cream scoop and place on a pan.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
