We all love our mum, and Mother’s Day is the perfect time to show her how much you appreciate everything she’s done for you, and most importantly, how much you love here. What a better way to do this than by preparing food. You can’t go wrong with this PCOS Mother’s Day Food Menu.
BREAKFAST
Of course, the first meal of the days is the best one. Taking you back to a childhood favourite of mine. Baked Beans on Toast and make it that little more special by climbing back into bed for breakfast in bed.
Baked Beans on Sweet Potato Toast
SNACKS
Throughout the day, you’ll need some snacks, so here is my favourite and it’s great for a special day for your mom.
Homemade Nacho Cheese Corn Chips
LUNCH
What’s Mothers Day without a quick and easy and best of all you can save some for lunch for the rest of the weeks.
DINNER
All these meals are quick and easy so while not keep with that trend with an old family favourite of mine. Inspired by my mothers very own recipes, Curried Sausages.
DESSERT
If mumzy isn’t full after dinner then with this she will be. Here is a dessert she will absolutely love and you can even make these the night before and store it in the fridge and leftovers can even be kept for breakfast.
